Hi, I’m Keisha-Ann Down

I’m an IAPC&M Accredited Master Coach (AMC) and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a leadership trainer, and someone who holds the space while you work out what you actually think on the days it matters most.

Yes & Co exists for people who lead with heart and live with intention: leaders, teams and organisations who want to grow without squeezing themselves into a shape that doesn’t fit. Your story, your goals and your voice matter here. You belong as you are.

I’ve spent more than a decade in coaching and leadership, working across nine industries and several countries, in education, energy, aviation, hospitality, construction, charities, sport, media and professional services. That means I don’t arrive with one model I try to make your situation fit into, I adapt to where you’re at and where you want to go.

Individuals

You’re navigating a change, whether that be a promotion, a pivot, a return, or the quiet sense that something needs to shift. You want space to think it through properly before you commit.

 Leader

You carry responsibility for people, decisions and direction. The problems no longer have obvious answers, and there are fewer people you can think out loud with. You want a considered conversation that moves you.

Organisations

You’re building a culture where people feel seen, heard and supported to grow, and you need leadership development that does more than fill a CPD day. I provide coaching, facilitation, workshops, training and speaking for schools, companies and teams.

What we’ll work on

People rarely come to a coaching session just for coaching. They come because something specific has become hard. Usually, it’s one of these:

  • Leading through change – restructures, mergers, new mandates, strategies you inherited rather than chose
  • Stepping into leadership – the promotion into a room where the rules are different
  • Building confidence – closing the gap between how you’re seen and how you feel
  • Difficult conversations – the feedback, the boundary, the relationship you’ve been working around
  • Team dynamics – when you’ve got a group of capable people but they aren’t working well together
  • Organisational culture – building somewhere people can do their best work and stay
  • Leadership capability – growing the leaders you already have rather than recruiting new ones
  • Career and life transitions – pivots, returns, steps back, and the changes you can’t yet name

If more than one of those resonates with you, don’t worry! They rarely happen on their own. You’re where you need to be, you might just benefit from a space to sound out the way forward.

How I work

Coaching isn’t advice. If you wanted someone to tell you what to do, there are faster and cheaper ways to get it, but it usually doesn’t stick.

What actually changes things is having somewhere to think properly. Somewhere the phone isn’t going, nobody needs a decision in the next ten minutes, and you can say the half-formed version of a thought without it becoming a commitment. That’s what a coaching session is: protected time, real attention, and questions that open the thinking rather than closing it down.

I’ll listen carefully and reflect back what I’m hearing, even the things that are easier not to say. I’ll take you seriously enough to disagree with you. And I’ll hold you accountable to what you decide, because the deciding is rarely the hard part.

It’s values-led work, grounded in honesty, stretch and support. You don’t have to leave any part of yourself at the door to do it.

Why Yes & Co

Coaching is an unregulated industry, but I live by my credentials and the results I get. I’ve been coaching for more than 10 years at a master level and have delivered over 2000 hours of sessions to clients all over the world. Behind the numbers is a way of working: values-led, honest and supportive. I’ll take you as you are, and I’ll make room for the whole of you while we work.

The YES! Planner

Alongside my coaching, the YES! Planner is a tool for the thinking you do on your own. It’s a way to keep hold of your goals, your reflections and your intentions between the moments someone else is holding the space for you

What happens next

There’s no mystery and no lengthy proposal process. Four steps, and you can stop at any of them.

  • Book a discovery call. Fifteen minutes and no obligations
  • Explore your goals and challenges. What’s going on and what you want to be different
  • Agree the right coaching or leadership solution. The shape, the length and the investment
  • Begin working together

Testimonials

  • Working with Keish was fantastic! Her calm and positive approach secured my sense of safety, and the sessions gave me access rarely found, to space and time for focussing just on me and my development. Right from the first session I was given tools and challenged to think differently, and it feels like having a new set of eyes to view my working world through. Through Keish's guidance, I’ve learned about who I am as a leader in a way no book or other resource could provide. Most impactfully, I've learned how to recognise and amplify the best of who I am. The entire experience was deeply empowering and I can't recommend Keish highly enough as a highly skilled coach, who uses a refreshingly genuine and human approach.

  • I had the pleasure of meeting Keisha-Ann at an event, and it quickly became clear that working with her as a coach came at the perfect time. Her approach helped me reconnect with a growth mindset I had lost touch with, and I’ve valued every session since. Keisha-Ann has a remarkable ability to help me focus on what truly matters (personally and professionally) while also encouraging accountability and presence. One of the things I appreciate most is how she supports me in pacing myself, not just in action, but in thought and language. Her guidance helps me stay present and intentional, allowing me to get the most out of every conversation. I wholeheartedly recommend Keshia-Ann to anyone looking for a thoughtful, grounded, insightful, and empowering coach who brings out the best in you and your growth.

Her ability to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and challenge limiting beliefs helped me gain clarity, confidence, and direction in my professional journey. Keisha-Ann helped coach me through a difficult time in my professional career and for that I am truly grateful. If you’re looking for a coach who is not only skilled but also deeply invested in your success, I highly recommend Keisha-Ann. Her impact goes beyond just professional growth—it’s a game-changer for personal development as well.

Let’s have a conversation

If something here sounds like where you are, the next step is simple. Fifteen minutes, no pitch, no obligation. Let’s just a conversation about what’s going on and whether this is the right time for coaching.

If it isn’t, I’ll tell you. And if it is, we’ll work out together what that looks like.
